We hope you're enjoying your final days of summer! It's certainly beginning to look, feel and sound like autumn. 

Class offerings:

Autumn 2024 Series: All-levels, Sundays at 1:00pm 

Upcoming dates: Sunday, September 8 & 22; Sunday, October 6, 13, 20, & 27;

special culminating Halloween/Samhain class on Tuesday, October 29!

*Classes, weather permitting, will take place in the outside yoga area.
